An experienced professional will come to your home and sit with you and your family to help determine your specific care needs.  Help choosing between in home care and moving to a care community.

 If you decide on in-home care we will help get you qualified professional care:  

• Help designing an in-home care plan.
• Choose the type of help you need - Hourly, Live-In, Overnight.
• Home Safety Assessment.
• Help determining any needed modifications or assisstive devices to help age safely at home.
• Follow up with the Care Professionals to ensure they are following the plan of care.

If you decide to move to a care community an advisor help you find the right community:

• Free needs assessment to determine the need for Independent Living, Asssited Living or Memory Care.
• Personally tour the communities with you to ensure the right fit and that you have asked all of the right questions.
• Help you find the communities that meet your care needs while staying within your budget.
• Follow Up visits to determine that you are receiving proper care.

Once it is determined the type and amount of care that is needed we won't leave you stranded to figure out how to pay for the costs.  Our knowledgeable professionals as part of our service will help show you all of the different options to help pay for these considerable expenses and work with you to find the best options.
